2008 Exercise Survey, Official Contest Entry Rules
  1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Qualifying and completing the 2008 Exercise Survey is a condition of this promotion and has to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the drawing. Internet contest begins March 17, 2008. All surveys must be received by 11:59 pm on May 13, 2008 when the internet survey ends. Additional entries will be disqualified.
  2. Eligibility: This drawing is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older. If a Prize Winner is a minor under state law (under age 18), then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. This contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person.
  3. Drawing and Notifications: The winner will be selected from among eligible entries through a random drawing on or about May 14, 2008. Drawing is available to over 100 million Internet users. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. No substitution or transfer of prize except where required by law.
  4. Prizes: Three (3) winners will receive the following: One $50 Amazon.com Gift Certificate. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
  5. Prize Conditions: If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prizes or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
